Stroll Patrol is a series of innovative fitness programs designed for women, with their goals
and needs in mind. Finding the time, energy, and motivation to stay in shape in today's
hectic world is a challenge. Stroll Patrol began with our "mommy and me" stroller fitness
program and now we've expanded the class line up and program offerings to include a
variety of unique programs to challenge ALL seacoast area women to commit to be fit.

Stroller Classes are Fitness for Mom and FUN for Kids

Stroller Fitness is the latest national fitness trend for moms of young children. In our 60 minute
interval stroller class for parents that incorporates the child into the workout, we power walk,
participate in cardio drills  and strength training exercises using the stroller, resistance bands, and
the environment.  Throughout the workout, children are stimulated through singing, counting,
dancing, and simply watching their parents move.  Participants will get a total body workout
improving their cardiovascular endurance, their strength and their flexibility, all while providing their
little one with a fun bonding experience. Not just a walk in the park, this work out will have you
feeling the burn.
