Are you ready to take the challenge?  
Get Out of the Gym

Beach Body Booty Camp is the premier outdoor fitness boot camp in the Seacoast just for women! The 6 week interval
training program will tone you up as you slim you down. This bi-weekly class will focus on improving your cardio endurance
and building lean muscle.  You will measure your progress through the program with endurance testing and body
measurements in weeks one and six. The 60 minute class will include the following components


  Cardio Drills

  Circuit Training

  Core Strengthening

  Strength Training Exercises

  Body Image Awareness

This class is for all fitness levels and abilities!

Workout in a supportive and challenging environment using free weights, resistance bands,
and kettle bells in a class taught by an AFAA certified fitness trainer and designed
specifically to target a woman's trouble zones!

Schedules and Pricing

Saturdays at 8am and Wednesdays at 6:15pm (weekend warrior option begins at 7:30am Sat)* Hilton Park Dover


Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm Perice Island Park, Portsmouth

This is not a "mommy and me" program

*Weekend Warrior Option is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training Cardio Work Out featuring running drills, jump roping, and other cardio drills
