If I can do it, you can do it!

Hi, I'm Sara the founder and instructor for Stroll Patrol. After gaining 65 pounds and giving
birth to my now 4 year old daughter Dehlia, I didn't ever think I'd see my pre-pregnancy jeans
again, let alone get into the best shape of my life.

The Stroll Patrol classes had their beginnings in my own trials and tribulations of losing my
pregnancy weight as a stay-at-home mom to my new little bundle of joy. Starting out going for
walks, and then starting my studies of the philosophy of strength training and incorporating
what I'd learned into an interval training program using my stroller and daughter to get a
kick-butt work out.

I went onto have a second child and studied for my national certification through the Aerobics
and Fitness Association of America to show other women how to get strong and change your
body for the better after having children!

Whether you want to lose weight, change your shape, get stronger, get healthier for your kids
or whatever your personal goals may be, let me show you how fitness can be a fun part of
your routine!
