No time to work out?

In the time you spend to drive to your local fast food drive through and back, you can get a kick butt 30 minute
work out using circuit training to improve your cardio and strength ability!

Each day will be intentionally different to eliminate boredom, as we zip through a total body strength
training program in only 30 minutes. We'll use kettlebells, jump ropes, body weight, Bosu Trainers as well as
free weight exercises focusing on functional strength training using multi-joint movements to make the
maximum use of your time spent working out.
